This is a 55,000 square meter quarter centrally located in Hyllie in Malm\u00f6, where ecological and social sustainability, along with circularity and the sharing economy, are emphasized. Beyond the progressive sustainability solutions that range from geo-energy sharing systems to green terraces, there is also an abundance of circular solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One of the buildings, \"Droppen,\" is 14 stories tall and features a facade made of discarded heat exchanger plates from Alfa Laval. All buildings are designed with reuse in mind and are built with materials that can be disassembled for future reuse.
