As the production of clothing accounts for the majority of emissions coming from the clothing industry, it is in a sustainability perspective important that the garments that are already in circulation are being used as much as possible. 82% of the total emissions in 2020 from NA-KD came from the use of materials and production, which can be avoided by selling second-hand garments. As a result, NA-KD launched a fully integrated second-hand platform, NA-KD Circle, where customers have the opportunity to resell their previous NA-KD purchases through a secure intermediary. The service has been developed to be user friendly for both sellers and buyers. Through the new service, NA-KD hopes to contribute to a consumption pattern that is better for the environment
