The new X 2000 is a new, yet classic train with increased reliability through a newly developed technical systems. By reusing the entire shell from old trains and replacing them on new ones, more than 5,000 tonnes of stainless steel have been saved. SJ has thus created a new train with a modern environment, new cozy furnishings, improved internet connection and other practical solutions for the journey.
