Sopköket now launches Sweden’s first circular frozen food made from rescued food. Consumers can now choose ready-made dishes that are prepared from food that  otherwise would have been discarded as waste. Today, food waste accounts for ten percent of the world’s total emissions. The percentage of rescued food included in each meal depends on which products Sopköket receives. The goal is for the dishes to contain 65-95 percent of rescued food.
