Granitor is constructing the Embassy of Sharing. This is a 55,000 square meter quarter centrally located in Hyllie in Malmö, where ecological and social sustainability, along with circularity and the sharing economy, are emphasized. Beyond the progressive sustainability solutions that range from geo-energy sharing systems to green terraces, there is also an abundance of circular solutions.

One of the buildings, ”Droppen,” is 14 stories tall and features a facade made of discarded heat exchanger plates from Alfa Laval. All buildings are designed with reuse in mind and are built with materials that can be disassembled for future reuse. Leftover materials from the construction site are saved for reuse or taken to Malmö’s Återbyggnadsdepå, where individuals can also make use of the remnants.

The house “Fyrtornet” will be ready for occupancy in June.
