Haga Initiative urges the EU Commission to adapt ambitious EU 2030 Climate Targets

The Commission published a consultation on the upcoming Communication on the 2030 Climate Target Plan. The Haga Initiative responded, urging the EU Commission to:

Increase the 2030 EU GHG reductions target to at least 55%.
Suggest a binding 2040 GHG reductions target.
Setting a binding carbon budget
